"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I'm gonna admit that I have severe one-itis for my ex. And the problem is, she has a lot of sex, and is open about it. Everytime she writes in her blog or mentions that she had sex with somebody, I get depressed. In all honesty, I really just want to forget about her.

I've read the dj bible thoroughly, but I still have no idea how to stop caring about someone. Honestly guys, she is my one weakness that is hindering me every getting anything out of this site. Any suggestions would be appreciated (and any ridiculous criticisms would be proof that some people have no lives).

Thanks.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Step one: Stop reading her blog. Stop all contact with her, don't be friends with her, delete her phone number from your cell phone, destroy all pictures of her and all gifts from her (pawn expensive things).
Step two: Approach, date, and fvck other women.

Thanks guys. Yeah, I do best when I avoid her in general. But I went to a party last ngiht with here there, and of course she found someone to have sex with. But, it doesn't matter, I'm gonna avoid her like the plague.

She be a party ho dawg. You must be an insecure person (as most people are), but to be pining over a party girl is hell. There is no rhyme or reason to her BS other than her getting superficial attention by having more dycks going in and out of her than a revolving door at a NYC police station.

I can not comprehend why guys beat themselves up doing this sniffing around an ex. YOU'VE BROKEN UP, WHAT THE FVCK SHOULD YOU CARE!!???

As for seeing your ex with someone else I say again WHY THE FVCK SHOULD YOU CARE? Hell, I'm actually friends with a few (about four) of my ex's ex-bf's. We're actually in the same bike club so I'm actually the fifth guy that she's dated. Do any of us care or even talk about her? No way! She's not a part of any of our lives!

Like Shiftkey said, focus on sarging. Pull no punches and let it all hang out. Go balls to the wall, what have you got to loose?

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
