"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Stop with the idiotic approaches

I noticed a lot of people are doing a very quick approach where they ask the girl if she has a boyfriend. 98% of the time they say they have boyfriends, but most of them are lying. I'm glad that some of the guys on this board are actually doing something like that, it's very ballsy, but utterly stupid. Keep approaching, but actually talk to the girl, don't just ask a question and eject.

If someone came up to you, and said BUY MY PRODUCT, chances are you wouldn't buy it. In fact, you'd make up a line, like "Actually I'm busy now", or "I already have one". However, if the salesman tells you a little bit about it, shows you how it's a rare commodity, you'd start getting interested. Until he overdid it. But if he showed you how valuable it was, and left it at that, you would be more intrigued by it.

So stop doing those "Hi. Can I get your number?" Approaches. Go for the number, but show some value and interest in the girl first. What kind of liar says "You seem like a fun girl", when you've talked to her for a total of 5 seconds? She could be a total idiot.

Being a DJ is not a skill. So stop thinking you have to practice it. Just do whatever the f.uck you want to do.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

In addition, would you people please stop saying what you're GOING to do? Half the time you guys chicken out. So post it AFTER you do it.

"You can't build a reputation on what you intend to do." as quoted from Henry Ford.

Also on that note, "Skillful pilots gain their reputation from storms and tempests."
- Epicurus (c. 341-c. 270 BC)

Keep these in mind, although when I speak of reputation here, I'm implying your true character, not just what others think of you.

Actually soda, I posted this after reading your journal.

You seem like a cool guy, and although it is of no importance to you, i am proud of you.

I just think you could do better.

You want to get good at talking to girls? Well, talk to them more often. Don't say it's an approach. Go for the number if she's cool.

You learn what you practice. So you are going to get really good at talking to girls for 5 seconds and then ejecting. F.uck it. Just be sociable... talk to the girls. Learn something from them, entertain them, whatever.

And yes, at one point I had to be drunk as hell to talk to a girl. Not even talk to her, but tap her on the shoulder and nod to the dance floor.

YOU GUYS DO NOT NEED BABY STEPS. JUST LIKE YOU USED TO SKIP STAIRS AS A KID, SKIP LEVELS IN "DJ"-ing!!!

...and there's no such thing as what a DJ "should" do. The reason he's a DJ is because he is HIMSELF.

Some guys I see are cool on the board, but then they talk to women and they become nerds. Just be as cool as you come across on here, and you will not have a problem.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Good work, alpha. Clear, direct and laudable.

Do you work in public relations or politics? If not, consider it.
