"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

This guy stole a girl I was in a 4 month relationship with. I admit I was majorly turning AFC and it was just a matter of time anyways.

Well, I came back to sosuave after that, it's amazing how much I had started slowly forgetting as I was becoming complacent.

Long story short, not only do I get the girl back within a month, but I get her to cheat on him with me first instead of just leaving him for me.

I thought looking into his eyes knowing I'd had sex with the girl he thought was his might repair the wound I'd been dealt, it didn't. Yesterday she broke it off with him and I remember the look on his face when she walked up and was talking to me in the halls. When it all came together for him and he realized why he'd just been dumped. The anger and pain in his eyes, I soaked up every bit of it, but I didn't feel any better.

In fact I felt pretty bad for him. This guy is really pathetic, if he wasn't such a total AFC I doubt I would have been able to steal her back so easily. He'd never even gotten past first base with this girl when I'd nearly had sex with her on the second date. (and she was a virgin then too, I know she wasn't lying because when we did do it there was blood and she didn't get her monthly visit until the next week)

For every guy out there, wounded egos aren't healed by revenge, and now that I've won the girl back I almost don't want her anymore.

If I'd learned to let go of my ego and oneitis I would probably already be in a relationship with a new girl by now and I wouldn't have spent so long with all this anger and revenge crap.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Revenge doesn't usually solve anything. It is a vicious cycle. IF he thinks you did it for revenge, he is probably gonna want to get back at you maybe.

Revenge most of the time is a sign of immaturity.

Get with a girl cuz you wanna be with her, not to get back at some guy. Remember, all is fair in love and war.

Not every guy is as insightful as you are on that.

At least you knew where you went wrong and be a better man next time round' eh?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
