“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

As per title, I've been thinking a bit recently about the kind of guys that grace the covers of muscle and fitness magazine's portraying a body image that is certainly unrealistic (it's a photoshoot after all) and perhaps even unattainable for someone who isn't taking steroids. Do any of you guys roid up? If so, are you worried about the side effects and are steroids commonplace in gyms now?

Personally, I enjoy working out. But I do it for me, the day I start agonizing over muscle definition and start taking selfies is the day I'll stop doing it. But then I'm not training to be a bodybuilder where at the highest level any substance that gives me an advantage could perhaps be worth considering.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Nope. I have nothing against guys that do but I'm just not into all that.

I have. I'm "retired" for now. I was an active powerlifter and I wanted to take my game to the next level. I had lifted drug free for about 7 years and gained around 50+ lbs of muscle before I ever touched steroids.

They certainly work. But they are hormones with complex pathways and shouldn't be taken lightly. are they as dangerous as they are made out to be? Not really. But they are not completely safe drugs either. There are no safe drugs. Everything has risks and a potential benefit.

I don't advocate anybody use them unless they have been training for 7 or 8 years and really have tried to maximize their genetic potential.

I have never taken steroids and yet I was able to achieve a similar physique you see on muscle and fitness magazine covers. For me it took sheer dedication, intense training and a clean healthy diet and most importantly patience if you want to get like this. Stay committed...Simple as!
