hey guys, some advice would be great, i've been at this stuff for ages but this situation has got me before and i'm making sure it won't get me again now.

I met this girl through a mutual friend. Wasn't romantically interested to start with but became so, we talked more and more then I went overseas for several weeks and also talked whilst I was away. The night I get back I made out with her at a club...2 and a bit weeks later and today was the first time she was free for the old day 2, we caught up briefly and whilst there was plenty of conversation, i didn't feel at all like I reached a hook point. How should i best go about stepping things up and avoiding the LJBF...i had a similar problem to this last year and when LJBFing me the girl said i was more serious than she was and didn't 'communicate', however i think doing that is very very very AFC...help!

Make sure you let her know you have other options without coming out directly and saying it. In fact, go get some other options and then date them.

Let her know that you think she's cool and something could work out if she played her cards right, but that she probably won't so you don't want to move too fast.

This will make her work for it.
