I personally think the most important thing with the ladies, and probably anything else really, is to stay cool.

You can practice right here.

If a dude writes a post about "do looks matter"; stay cool.

If the mods delete your posts; stay cool.

If someone trolls your post; stay cool.

If someone flames you; stay cool.

If someone disagrees with your ideas; stay cool.

It will be good practice if you ever have to deal with a woman.

Actually as simplistic as this sounds, JJ makes a valid point - don't sweat the small stuff - pick your battles!!

Yeah I have been staying cool. But at times its kind of hard, especially recently it just seems that sosuave is turning into total crap. (It has been terrible over the last month). I really feel they need to clean this place up. I have been thinking about actually leave this site for good.

There are too many trolls here and idiotic threads. Unfortunately nothing is going to change. So I can either leave or just stay cool with all the garbage I read here.

Yea, you are paraphrazing what has been said in all PUA material you ever find. Stay cool means be confident. Infact, if you loose your cool, that means you lack confidence and are insecure about something. You've found a way of understanding this thing for yourself. Most posts on here are about different ways different people understand the same thing. You've made it work for you. :yes:
