fwiw, I agree. Try this for a week or two, and you will lose weight without having to be hungry. Use a little common sense - for example, many deep fried foods are "vegan" but obviously unhealthy. I think it is worthwhile to avoid hydrogenated oils, so I like the "natural" peanut butter where the oil separates. If you eat like a peasant, you will no longer look like a typical fat American.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
