Incline Bench - Still can't get 3. But its my first real week back so I don't expect my lifts to be up to where i left off till next week
1x2 180 lbs ----UGH! Lets see what happens next week
1x7 146 lbs
OH Press 2x8
1x8 - 105 lbs
1x9- 110 lbs PR
Dips 3x6-8 PR I was finally able to do them with out assitance on the last set...which made me very happy. I plan on getting a chain to add weight very soon
Skull crushers 2x8- as usual, i am shot beyond belief in the arms from everything...so its been awhile since i've been able to do 45 lbs skulls
1x8 - 35 lbs
1x10 - 35 lbs ---my arms were like gelatin
Not a bad day...as long as there are PR's i am happy
