Squishing workouts?

I was on the MWF 3 day split workout. Splitting up BP/Squats/Deadlifts
I had complications at the beginning of this week and wasnt able to make it out to the gym on Monday, or Tuesday. I was considering trying to squish my 3 day split into wednesday, and thurday, and friday?? Is there any negative consequences to doing this, considdering i am working different muscles each time. Obviously it will take alot out of me, and i wont have recovery time.. but would it be that bad?

Well the deadlift and squat shouldn't be very close together. The hamstrings will be shot, and your legs will feel like sh*t if you do.

What's the point? you're still working out three days a week?

Just follow your routine normally, if you miss a day you miss a day, no need to make it up by squeezing it in. If anything your probably doing your body a favor my missing a workout. You'll be impacting your training in a negative way by trying to make monday up.

Wait what?

So you want to drink on the weekend? So drink Saturday night if you're hell bent on doing it. You should be fine by Monday if you're smart and eat a lot and drink plenty of water.


Which workout did you do on Wednesday? Bench? If so go ahead and leave it on Wednesdays, and do Deads on Fridays, Squats on Mondays.
