“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Is it possible to be going "too low" on squats?
I'm curious because I've heard conflicting opinions on this.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

If you're just aiming for muscle hypertrophy, nope.

If you are aiming on power, or a sports specific goal, then yes, you would need to activate the fast twitch fibers by... fast movements!

As a general rule, it is safe to go as low as you are comfortable without losing your arch, and without your knees going WAY past your toes (a little over is OK, when your flexibility improves this wont be a problem).

Meanwhile, you can increase on your flexibility by stretching.

Squatting deep isn't bad for your knees, it's not squatting deep enough that's bad for your knees. And inability to keep arch doesn't justify not hitting full depth. You should go at least to the point that your hip joint is lower than the top of your knees.
Exactly. Due to the way the load is dispersed, squatting to at least parallel is actually better on the knees than half- or quarter-squats.

And if you can't keep your lower back arched you're doing too much weight. Do not squat higher; instead do not lift so much weight.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Woops, my bad. That was a reply to me misreading "low" for "slow".

As a general rule, go as low as you can without compromising form.
