squats at home?

I jsut started working out. I dont have a membership to the gym.

I have a weight bench with olympic bar but have trouble putting up 100+ pounds over my heads. How can I do squats at home?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I personally do this all the time. The main thing is, your bench rack needs to be up high enough for you to just about sit under it. Get up under the rack and just stand up. I normally just sit down on the bench and go back up.

Don't forget to add "or extreme weight that your equipment otherwise could not handle for that particular movement." :p
From the way he phrased the question I'm assuming it's not a very high-quality set-up he's got over there...

I used to clean and jerk 80-95KG before setting up with a squat rack. My squats went insane after I could add more weight and not use all my effort before starting the actual lift.

Sounds like someone needs to find that gym membership if they're serious about this :)
