“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I have this sprained ankle, hit me from no where like some diareah. It's in the a achilles tendon area right above and to the side of calca. Day before was my weight day and it was fine, I don't know how I got it. But this morning during a run it got really bad, and now I feel it as I walk.

Should I run tomorrow or should I wait until this pain goes away? I will be unable to run without pain, but it's not too bad and not getting worth. I like running in the morning man, I don't want to miss it. :woo:

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

No running!

Apply ice, let it rest for some days, then start with light stretches for your calves, progressively trying to increase mobility.

Don't start running too soon, you'll aggravate your situation. Rest, ice, stretch.

Good luck.

Yea, it's been a week already, and today I went out for a run. I still have paint, although not that sharp. It limits how fast I can run. I'm thinking getting something for it, such as a wrap or something. I have a BREGG wrap for my knee, and I love it because it lets me run, I have a bad knee. Anything I could get for this thing? Give me some names so I can search eBay.

This is second time I have this problem, and I bet it's not the last time. I think it's because I'm heavy and running road isn't always straight.
