sup guys

Rugby training starts in a month or two, and I want to be ready for it. I'm busting my ass in the gym with lifting and cardio trying to get stronger, but all the muscle I'm putting on isn't very useful without conditioning...

For all you lads who've played football or rugby, what are some good in-gym things to do to get conditioned?

Not exactly sure you can do a whole lot in the gym, aside from cranking out endless number of reps.


You can go out into hallways, or outside and do agility drills, sprints, runs etc
