today when i was doing regular push ups after 25 push ups i got this sevear pain in back of my head, i count do anything. its like some one hit me in the back of my head with a baseball bat. this happened once before. any one knows what this is or why is it happening???

Try breathing in and out 3 or 4 times down and 3 or 4 times up depending on the speed of the pushup.
Don't do the standard 1 breathe in on the way down 1 breathe out on way up.
