Hey i was wondering if anyone has tried to use the split routine. for example doing legs in the morning and then coming back in the evening and doing upperbody to finish the workout. I know arnold used to use this method but i have no idea if it is effective otherwise. was wondering if anyone had any feedback on if it is a good way to economise workouts. and if not what routines do you do or do you suggest?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Well if Arnold did it then I guess we all should huh?!

Seriously, you have to remember Arnold was extremely gifted genetically and was very liberal in his use of anabolics.

An adult lifter who is already well trained and has their diet nailed could benefit from this type of training in certain ways (extra post workout nutritional window, maxmising levels of testosterone during the workout) for a limited period (both in terms of the length of each workout - about 45 mins max, and the length of training cycle - maybe a month or so) but for most I would say to generally train (anaerobically) just once on any given day.
