This I had to learn over time, that just because you’ve learned an esoteric teaching, or some special mantra or you’ve been ‘born again’ or found a new faith….we tend to retreat into some sort of special shell we got ourselves in.

Okay you’ve found some added bliss and want to retreat in the mountains somewhere…..how about you first start off by taking frequent showers during the day, take care of yourself hygienically, have a good work out routine during the week, get a part time job, give to charity, work on your friends and family relationships and stop jerking off to porn or people on social media? lol start off there.


You got to start off with the basics before you can kick through bricks in a karate class.

Never ever worked out the rationale of those who seemingly see cleanliness as next to Godliness...Seems to go against most ascetics lack of any ablutions...In Medieval times the epitome of Spirituality were the Anchorites,they walled themselves in,not much room for a Bath...Then to the contrary,there was dear old Diogenes,he lived in a barrel of water LOL.
