I know i'm being a bit unorthodox here, but also consider doing some drugs. DONT use them recreationally and also only use the right ones. An LSA or LSD trip spent examining your spirit and mind can give you a lot of insight about life and a better appreciation for it. Also, dont be scared of a "bad" trip. There is no such thing as a "bad" trip, because you need to experience that to truly appreciate the good trip and the goodness of life in general.

And if you want to go all out, go to south america and spend a month with a shaman doing ayahuasca. I've heard of people getting off of 20 years of depression after 1 trip.

I have friends who have done all sorts of drugs and all it does is fukk you up.
One of them said and it has been proven by medicine also i belive that if you take the drug the side effects might occur years later.

hey man, it's really immature that you see the word drugs and immediately tell me to shut the **** up. You dont believe in drug use? what about taking a tylenol for a headache? I'm not advocating recreational heroin use, i'm suggesting reading up on and trying one of the many plants that civilizations that came long before you used to search within themselves and speak to their gods.

You should really try to read up on shamanism. I would never go near cocaine, heroin, pcp, dxm, or any of those addicting recreational drugs, but if I felt that my soul was at the right state, I wouldnt mind taking something to help me look further within it.
