speed up muscle recovery?

i want to speed up muscle recovery, and i heard that doing things like drinking lost of water, eating bananas, and getting a lot of sleep will help. is there anything else i can do to speed up the process?

does doing light exercise help to stimulate blood flow?

Eating right(meat,egg whites,milk) will do more then help your muscles recover fast.

I'll never get over how much you love milk but fear egg yolks. Hmm, i'm dramatic.


I take "eating right" as a given anymore. It just seems plain as day to me. Lots of nutrients = healthy, growing body. So i just include extras once that part is covered.
