What is the composition of an egg? In terms of calories/fat calories vitamins and such?

1 Egg Yolk:

0.3 grams carbs
5.3 grams fat
2.8 grams protien
59 calories

Not sure about the vitamin content, but my understanding is that the yolk contains amino acids.
