I miss him so much, bros. Spaz and that metro sexual made this forum worthwhile for years

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
I think @BeExcellent might remember his name. Maybe Guru1000??? If its the same guy, he claimed to schedule 3 dates at the same place at the same time. Last I heard he was married now. I'm certain he had an alias and he had conversations with himself using another alias as well. enormous ego and highly narcissistic.I can't remember the other guy's name, but he was epic, too.
Unabashedly on steroids, lived in NYC, ninja always trolled him

Agreed on posters growing and changing over the decades. I think SS is a pit stop for single dudes looking to find the one to settle down with.Lol. Yeah those guys were OG. Guru I have not talked to in a while but he had gotten interested in someone (this about 18 months or so ago give or take). I'll look him up sometime after the New Year.
Spaz was funny. Poon King was Poon King. BigNeil was a mess (but in an entertaining way)....
I miss @fastlife because he had a great perspective & plenty of moxy. Cool dude. Not banned but probably got on with life.
Alot happens around here over a decade. Guys grow & change, show up, hold court, move on.
I also miss @Atom Smasher but he is happily doing the married thing.
RichardtheFrog was more into hookers than GM32.RichardTheFrog..........lol, the dude who wanted to stretch his bones so he was taller. He also had some bionic p0rn star sized cahk.
And sometimes we come back…Agreed on posters growing and changing over the decades. I think SS is a pit stop for single dudes looking to find the one to settle down with.
Unless you’re one of the few that figured out the playboy path![]()
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
I recall David DeAngelo(and no doubt many others)mentioning back in the day: "Too many guys get with a chick, deceive themselves into believing that they've achieved their happily ever after, then cease doing what progressed them to begin with"And sometimes we come back…
He is one of my favorites and he is totally rightI recall David DeAngelo(and no doubt many others)mentioning back in the day: "Too many guys get with a chick, deceive themselves into believing that they've achieved their happily ever after, then cease doing what progressed them to begin with"
This remains just as true today
Don't sweat it, hoss... In a similar fashion, lots of guys become trapped in middle-management, after that first taste of slightly above minimum wage pay prompts them to think "I've made it!!!" Reality proves to be a merciless b-tch a few years later, when they recognize their salary isn't rising and they've got less and less influence within the corporation, even as some of their former colleagues have moved up the ladderIn my case i think i got bored with my life and my wife. Thats on me for not realizing if before i blew it up though
Responses in boldI think @BeExcellent might remember his name. Maybe Guru1000??? If its the same guy, he claimed to schedule 3 dates at the same place at the same time. Nailed it. He was flamboyant for my taste, but he helped a lot of guys. Great poster
BigNeil was one my favorite blowhards! Always posting pics of girls he was with. Always taking them on nice trips, out to nice dinners.
He was always good for a laugh. Unabashedly got prostitutes, which was different, if nothing else.
RichardTheFrog..........lol, the dude who wanted to stretch his bones so he was taller. He also had some bionic p0rn star sized cahk.
Also unabashedly got prosties.
Poon_King???? always told the brutal truth about women. Jaded. Hard to take sometimes, pizzed off a ton of posters. Didn't sugarcoat anything. He was one of the greatest to ever be banned.
One of the best
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
Another great@The Duke
Can’t forget @PlayHerMan as one of the greats to get banned
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
