How do I learn to speak English in a very sophisticated and aristocratic manner.

I would like to speak like the aristocratic courts in England. Like royalty in a very high class manner.

the aristocratic English is only used for intellectuals in the field of academics research. The real world is full of cut throat people who will kill you before you open your mouth. There is no second chance to use aristocratic language. People use short words, acronyms or syllables to express their feelings similar to millitary language to be succinct in the battlefield.
