"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

May be suited to H&F but I want to see other peoples observations/feelings/opinions about this.

Whenever I see guys that are 6'2"-6'5" tall, but they are practically obese. And were not talking 2-5lbs overweight, i'm talking 30-40lbs. All I can think is, "why can't you use your height to your advantage instead of being a fat lazy slob?" I probably saw 20 or more people who fell into this category today while at the shops/mall.

I'm 5'8" and around 205lbs and I would kill to have a stature of 6'2"+. I can only put x amount of muscle on my small frame before I would start to get joint problems/and look like a fvcken tw@t. But if I was taller it could be x+50lbs. Sorry to rant, but it gives me the sh!ts to see these type of people take their height forgranted. Discuss.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm 6 foot 3 as well and while its great to be tall, its definetly harder to put on muscle. My weight has stayed consistent at 185 pounds for the last 2 months despite me increasing my calorie consumption to about 2800 calories a day (I drink 3 mass gainer shakes now with 620 calories in each). Like Espi I've been skinny all my life.

It's good to see that you're in that type of conditioning Espi I commend you on that. Out of every 50 people I see, I can tell that only about 3 or 4 of them do some form of training/exercise. There's so many fat people these days that it's not funny. I could go on about how many overweight children I saw today (Ranging from 5-10 years of age) and their fatass parents buying them Mc Donalds, KFC, ice cream and the likes. It's no wonder why the fitness industry has boomed as of late.

Vorbis, 2800 cals a day isn't enough for someone of your height, weight and bodytype to make sufficient gains. I know it may seem like a lot of food to you, but it's not. You should be eating 3500 cals at the minimum.
