"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

For all you guys who know my history. I have realized I must spin plates.

So I met a girl at my work place and we kinda got conversation going. We don't work in the same office/dept but in the same company. So we meet every day were are quite comfortable around each other. It is very early days yet, however some how I ended giving her a lift on my way back and I could feel a very strong tension and I kinda talked it around, when we stopped I could she she was kinda aroused and she got out and left.

The things is how do you guys think I should proceed?

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

My advice would be to just practice your conversation skills with the woman from work, and look elsewhere for your plates. A workplace romance has too much unnecessary risk.

Okay, but it is hard to do. But explain why?

Also do you think she flaked on me? Because yesterday I dropped her near her home (other work place) and today after work she kinda just said ok I'm going off etc not even a mention of enjoy the weekend like normal .I cant read her correctly, but it seems as if she knows I kinda fancy her. Like I mentioned beforehand we don't work in the same department so just see each other..in transitions.

Thanks all for ur previous comments, I value the sensible ones...

I forgot to mention that she asked me to meet her for lunch but I kinda turned up last minute

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Jobs are for making money.

Obviously you've never been through a false sexual harassment claim. Or had a break up at work and had your bosses and higher ups look at you funny when they hear the gossip about your relationship. What are you at work for? To score poon or to climb the ladder? If you don't give a **** about the ladder or your professional reputation, keep messing around with women at work.
