“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Anyone know some quick easy-to-make good protein source?

I'm busy most of the time but I really want to gain weight.

I like : chicken, turkey, any nut, flaxseed oil, Olive oil

I don't like: tuna, fish

I'm also getting pretty sick of eating plain chicken

so how do you weight gainers eat your daily required protein?

thanks

A great quick high protein meal is low fat turkey chilli. There are a ton of different brands, all are good. Usually a can gives you about 50 grams of protein, 70 carbs and <10 grams of fat.

Whey protein powder, whole eggs, milk (as long as you're not lactose intolerant), cottage cheese, canned tuna,

Nuts are pretty good snack and easy to bring. Kvark is awesome protein source. My protein intake is usually lots of milk, kvark, nuts, flax seeds and some protein powders. When I can afford I buy meats and eggs.

My favorite snack is to have one litre of milk with me. It's easy to bring and you can eat it everywhere and the macronutrients are 34 g protein 50 g carbs and as little fat as possible.

it's 4.98 SEK ~ 0.5 euro

it's 34, 50, 5 so it's pretty good, a little high in fat though.

We are not little girls, and what you like and don't like is irrelevent.

Tuna is a great source of protein. It tastes like ass, but you have to put it down anyway.

A quick meal? The quickest meal I have found is draining a can of tuna and dumping it on two pieces of WW bread, sprinking on some salt and pepper, and gobbling it down with a big glass of water.
