“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

1) Alright well I'm looking to getting my chest some definition.
I've been doing some rows, bench presses and what not.

I work only on machines for now...just wondering which one is better for a chest? I'll put more sets onto that machine.

2) Also wondering what would be best for building my whole back? Keep in mind I'm not going to use free weights for now, so no dead lifts. i was thinking the Chin up/Pull up would be the best but just wondering what you guys think.

3) Protien Intake:
i'm 115lb, according to something I read on this forum its 1g of protien for every pound of body wieght.
Since I do workouts every 2nd day I was just wondering if i have to consume the full 115g of protien each day or can I consume that much in the 2 day period, (i might actually consume more than that in 2 days)

4) What are your guy's thoughts on a 15 year old, 5'5 115lb guy working out?
Would this stunt my growth? Should I just wait til I'm older?

Thanks any help would be great.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

FREE WEIGHT BENCH PRESSES (INCLUDING ALL VARIATIONS) AND DIPS

2) Also wondering what would be best for building my whole back? Keep in mind I'm not going to use free weights for now, so no dead lifts. i was thinking the Chin up/Pull up would be the best but just wondering what you guys think.

DEADLIFTS ARE THE BEST BACK BUILDER, NOT SURE WHY YOUR NOT DEADLIFTING, ARE YOU HURT? IF YOUR HURT YOU MAYBE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH HIGH RACK LOCK OUTS. IF NOT THEN ROWS AND PULLUPS/VARIATIONS

EACH DAY, AND YOU'LL PROBABLY WANT TO UP THAT INTAKE TO AROUND 200G

NO YOU'LL BE FINE

Thanks any help would be great.

Effort covered all the points. Lift some damn iron and eat.

At 16/17 I have grown another inch or thereabouts in the last year and have been squatting and deadlifting regularly.

LIFT!

EDIT-I thought I remembered you. You made a thread last week on roughly the same issues, the advice hasn't changed! Here was my post from that topic,

hey i'm a pretty short guy and i don't want to be lifting weights and stuff because that'll definately slow my growing down tremendously.
*Sigh* what a load of ****.

Lift weights. If anything the extra somatotropin will make you grow faster.

Stop p******* out and weightlift.
