If you read it you'll see how I talk about having a mutually intense attraction to a girl and vice versa, yadda yadda. I pretty much brag how great the chemistry was and say the outcome between me and this girl looks pretty promising. Icky then ask "So how'd the date go?!" and to be honest I was kind of embarrassed. I called her friday to confirm the date for sunday and she didn't call back.
I thought maybe because the vibe was going so well I didn't want to call her and jinx it. I called monday and tuesday and it seemed we really got along. So I waited until friday to call. As I said my gut didn't feel right because maybe she lost interest. All of that talk about me reading the attraction level would have been thrown out the window. Good GOD I WOULD BE SEEN AS A MAN WHO DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING!
I would have been ridiculed, pointed and laughed at and called out on my BS like Potato! I didn't want to be A POTATO!! (no offense, Potata')
So I decide to give her a call like, 5 minutes ago. She picks up and tells me she's been sick for the past couple of days. Gentlemen, you don't have to tell me. I know. (reads a line from the DJ text book while the class reads along.) "We ALWAYS take the "I'm sick" stories with a grain of salt"

She's explicit in her story telling of how she's been sick. She says she's had headaches and she's been throwing up whenever she eats. Mm hm..
I just ask: "You think you'll be sick tomorrow"?
She says "I can't tell, but it's not going to stop me from meeting up with you"
"7 good?"
"7 is great, I'm with my cousins right now (she was at the mall, YES I could hear the mall music and her family in the background. lulz) so I'll call you back in 2 hours."
And that was that.
A girl who's supposedly sick STILL wants to meet up. THAT'S HIGH INTEREST, GUYS! A girl who's willing to still have a date even though she's throwing up all over the place. I don't mind. People get sick. Also she doesn't want to miss this opportunity. She mostly has school during the week and she's only free on the weekends. However I work on the weekends except for Sunday.
So there you have it. If she's sick, make sure she gives you a follow up date, as in "I'm sick, but let's meet up on so and so day.." Yes yes, if she doesn't follow up, she's not interested.
