"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I just started working in a large building as maintenance worker so i get to walk around a lot and visit all the departments. I see a ton of young women who work there, but only in the hallways as we walk by each other.

I know you will say don't fnck at work, but I don't plan to work there for much longer, so i was hoping to get at least one lay from it.

Since i only see the hb's who work there briefly, as we pass each other in hallways etc, i only say "hi" or "good morning".

Do any of you have any tips for what I can say to build a bit of rapport with them?

I've never been good at socializing so i figured at the very least I will get some experience on how to talk to people who you only have a limited amount of time to talk with.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

professional women are suck , they think the are on the top of world because they have a decent job .
you can start conversation by asking "where can I find XXX office "
but expect rode answers , so it is better to ask in serious gestures then if the woman was nice then drop some thing more fun like "OMG you gonna make me return to 10th floor again! "
I have decent job and work in a building with a lot of offeces , most women are afraid on their reputation so dont flirt with them infornt of other women you are not in a bar !
they are usually in *****y mode with *****y gestures ,all their body language say "DON'T APPROACH ME "
hope the case not same for you

thanks for the tips. Many of them are friendly, but I have noticed that quite a few have the "don't talk to me" look.

what makes it hard is that I'm often isolated from them, so on a good day I might have the chance to talk to only one HB that i'm attracted to.

But i do get to talk others who I'm not, so i figured I could chat them up just to practice socializing.
