Hey, Im 22 and have social anxiety and have read the DJ bible numerous of times and have seen some very insightful information about it. Heres the thing, im not bad looking and people tell me im very good looking but im not sure what to do with my desperation. Girls are smelling me like bees to honey and would like some advice.

Get out in the field. Practice makes perfect. Talk to as many people as you can. Its like going to work the first day..you are nervous but eventually it becomes a routine and its nothing to do because you have been there done that before. Step up and be a man.

Hey thanks for the advice, I have tried talking to all different kinds of people but I was doing it like some kind of receipe. My psychologist told me my rejection rate would be about 99 percent because of my desire so he said good luck.

I dont mean hit on girls. I mean just get out places and practice talking to people, girls, guys old people young people. Get over your social anxiety first. Perhaps join a club or something or sports, anything to do with people.
