Well, let's stroll away from issues of women and focus on US for our good.
this thread is kind of like my own diary to just spill out my mid, so feel free to comment and if you don't want to, i don't care:)

So I have been working out intensely for almost every day for a good 1-1.5 month (been working out for +2yrs). when i mean intensely,i mean INTENSELY for 2 hrs. usually guys go to gym and do one set of exercise and rest, then another set. I always do superset, triset, and dropsets to maximize intensity. so you wonder why you don't grow, maybe you're not working out intense. they call it training for reason. also another big thing is diet. i monitor my carbs and fat closely, so now i have six-pack. awesome. so everyday, i am looking at myself in the mirror and think "dam, better and better everyday".

you know, i have recently thought this out, that my passion is working out and training my body. I love my body more than i love women (although i can't deny i love women very much too) b/c my body doesn't lie. as i train harder and harder, i actually LOVE training; yes you can actually love the strenuous activity of working out, some of you know exactly what i mean. everytime you lift those heavyweights, ah the rush and surge of power.

also im training with this really socially awkward guy (full beard, out of shape, talks kinda abnormal, weird looking) and this gives me inspiration to myself by making him workout and change him from within. i believe im slowly changing him in better way.

also i kind of decided that i suck totally with women; we all try to hypnotize ourselves that we are good with girls and we are confident blah blah. well doesn't do much good so i just accepted that i suck and therefore can absorb and learn more about making myself attractive; so i get less anxious dealing with women b/c so what if i fvck up? i suck so i thats why im here learning! never really was the fan of "you shall become what you think" crap. i rather make difference in reality and be better in real life than believing i am in palace while i live in sewer.

oh ya, i don't know when was the last time i masturbated or watched porn. i kind of believe that there's something about porn that erodes man from within. this i quoted from someone in this forum. i feel more energetic and proud that i can actually last without porn or masturbation. i am however not forcing anyone to follow my life style. what you do is what you do.

lastly school. im busting a$$ in nursing school. dam all this medical sh!t is so much idk how med students do it. life is pretty good so far, of course it will be better with some chicks, but well, that's why im learning. those boys that don't train, find someone to train you. God gave those testosterone so you put them to work!

agreed 100%, being a fat anti-social geek my entire life took its toll on me, I have eliminated him on the outside but he still lives in my head, I find myself getting better and better confidence wise the more the body comes around, when you look damn good you don't need all that much game because the undies are already wet if you know what I mean LOL, the battle is almost won already

but my results with the porn/jerking have been mixed, don't want to turn this into that because we have a thread

basically that sh!t caused my T to drop from what I could tell, now hitting it once a week vs everyday is a whole different story, the later destroys a man in my experience, but going past a week just messed me up good, now if I was getting a steady dose of poon on a average basis then yes, porn/jerking would never enter the equation anymore, but I am not there yet

Been there done that, seen the results. I went from 250 to 200, but inside I was still that fat AFC guy. Results as you demonstrate show change in your inside. But you don't mention outside world, as it still sees you as that fat or skinny AFC guy. You still suck with women and probably in society. As I now know, me wanting to do get in shape first was really me avoiding the real hard work, approaching, boot camp, crashing and burning. I was afraid to hurt my ego and get better where it really counts. I thought getting in shape will make me hurt less.

Well rejection hurts equally if you're 250 or 200 pounds.

Approaching a stranger isn't less scarier if you're in shape and look good.

I believe that boot camp and approaching is priority number 1. Getting in shape is secondary. Both can be done at the same time. But when you avoid one and favor another, you are lying to yourself.


Boot camp, internalizing concepts, approaching, the hard work does not interfere with gym.



P.S. No masturbation results in a lot of *** but orgasm isn't as cool as when you do it let's say more often. I can fvck a girl for hours and still not ***. But with no masturbation it's measured in minutes. Of course with no masturbation it's easier to get it up on anything that moves. Still no masturbation has an effect on being more social and having more balls, but it's measured in single digits compared to a great fvck.
