so like yeah, in your opinions do the rules completely change when one enters a LTR?

For the first time I'm in a relationship i actually want to be in and actually really care about the girl. Just want some input on simple things. Is it alright to compliment your girlfriend frequently if you really mean it? Should i still be trying to act busy all the time and be making sure shes putting in more effort than me? Should i be faking alphaness?

Just looking for some experienced insight i guess...

I hate to turn into one of those cynics I've always disagreed with on this site, but no.

Keep the power, keep making her work for it, limit the compliments, ie, act like the same ****y SOB who doesn't give a **** that she liked to begin with.

Otherwise, girls will lose all respect for you if you give them the opportunity. Take it from someone that knows first hand.

I had a girl crazy over me in the beginning, then I relaxed, and by the end she couldn't give a ****, eager to go **** around with some random club guys.

The vast majority of girls are secretly *****es man, protect yourself and don't take any ****.
