And I got this weird electrical static. What does this mean? She give me a fake/wrong number? Her phone turned off? Her phone out of service? I'd like to know what this means.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I got a number from a girl last night and it says that the cell phone is out of service. Could it be that her phone needs charging or is turned off?

well, no. if its charging or turned off it would go right to her voice mail.

it depends when you got the number, it could be out of service if the number is 1-2 weeks old or more. she could have forgotten to pay her bill or something.

but if she gave you the number yesterday, it's probably fake.

Don't feel bad, one time I called a girl and it was the Fire Department.
