“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

So how much did you used to lift?

Well I'm just getting used to the weights at the gym but I feel I'm not lifting enough to grow...so my questions are:

What was your weight and height when you joined a gym?
How much did you lifted your first weeks? (bench, squat and dead)

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

5'11 @ 132 lbs without clothes 135 lbs with clothes

Bench 66-71.5? lbs
Squat 77 lbs
Dead 99 lbs

How are you lifting now? Why do you think you don't lift enough to grow?

bench = 65 lbs (reps around 6-7)
squat = 50lbs (reps around 8-10)

Seems I'll be adding some weight to the squats :p

*Last time I checked my weight was 143 lbs

If you're struggling on your last set, and barely getting that last rep up, then you're lifting enough. If you're adding 5-10+ pounds to your exercise every week, you're lifting enough. If your numbers continue to climb, you're lifting enough

When I first started I weighed 140
Bench - I never really benched
Squat - 135

In January, before I had a 4 month lay off and started Accutane (Muscles become weaker and take longer to recover)

My numbers were
Weight 150lbs
Squat - 340x3
Deadlift - 363x3

Those numbers were within the span of 2 years with very irregular dedication. I'd go a few months on, then hit a sport such as track or football, and not lift that entire season, then start lifting again when it was over. I feel that if I had maintained that regularity, I could've been squatting and deadlifting well over 400lbs.

As of last week
Weight: 150lbs
Bench - 150x5
Squat - 245x5
RDL - 275x10

weight - 195lbs, bout 24%BF
bench - 135
squat - bout 65
deads - i think i started out with 95 or so

haven't hit failure on deads yet, so i don't think 95 is a valid number to compare anything to....

if you keep getting stronger then you should be growing. if not, eat more protein and calories.

I think I was a soft 178 at just under 6' (5"11.75 or something silly lol) when I started the gym with an actual nutrition and eating plan. I was 225 hard with abs in less than a year.

Can't remember bench and squat, but my first deadlift was 55lbs. :D (I think by the end of the year it was 440)

My progression...

10th grade, 16 years old, I was 5'10", 150 lbs. and rode the pine for our H.S. football team.

BP - 135
Squat - Around 185
Power Clean - 95

12th grade, 18 years old, 5'11", 185 lbs. honorable mention all state, due to weight lifting, and hill sprints. But, let me say I don't think you should lift really heavy until you finished growth spurts.

BP - 235
Squat - 350
Power Clean - 185

Now, 25 years old, 5'11", 200 lbs., been injured alot bc of bad form, but I've added more muscle and in good shape, due to weight lifting.

BP - 285
Squat - 370
Power Clean 225

Multi joint olympic lifts with good form + Cardio, Sprints, etc. = functional body that works well and prevents injury.

I've also never dieted, ever since I left high school my metabolism left too, so I've never been ripped since then...

I used to squat 515 but then 'nam came along and i got shot in the but-tocks.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Oh, fun! I love these.

Current:
Weight 250 - 260, height 5'11"
Incline bench press 295 X 5 (flat bench hurts my back too much)
E-Z Curl 160 X 6
Machine curl 260 X 6
Dumb bell curl 75s X 8
Tricep extension 400 X 8 (before the machine started creaking and I stopped)
Dips 20 reps
Leg extenion 400 - 700ish X 20 depending on how my knees feel
One arm rows 135 X 6
Lat pull downs 190 X 8
db shoulder presses 95s X 10

One year ago I had cancer. This was where I was then:

Weight 195, height 5'11
Incline bench press 0 X 0
Curl 2 X 10 (each arm! Hell yeah!)
Tricep extension 0
leg extenion -195 X 0 (cause I couldn't stand; negative body weight)
One arm rows 0 X 0
Lat pull downs 0 X 0
shoulder presses: one broom handle X 10
:moon: :flowers:

Bench: 185~ pounds (I didn't try higher, but I think I'd be able during my next gym day)

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

All the big guys I know are super nice. Don't think of them as big intimidating guys. They think of YOU as someone who takes an interest in their hobby and values their knowledge. Very flattering.

Besides, everyone was once weak. Otherwise we'd all be born ripping out of our moms alien-style. Don't let it keep you from the gym.
