Depends on a lot of factors, but usually any weight that is recently put on will come off pretty quickly.
Its up to you... use the mirror as your guide. If you are happy with your body and your health then just keep all your weights the same (don't increase them) and your muscles will stop adapting. Otherwise cut/bulk as you see fit...

I thought about just investing in a home gym but I don't have the room or the cash to get everything I would need. Besides, there's a TON of hot chicks there and its a great environment for working some subtle game (although my mind is almost always focused on lifting... but you know, between reps its nice to have a good distraction

Creatine I'm not sure on because I haven't had a chance to use it. I've heard almost nothing but good things about it though and there are tons of studies showing that it increases power and endurance for lifting weights (which means more muscle stimulation which means more growth). If you can afford it I say give it a shot and see for yourself. Its not a necessity though, there are no "magic" supplements that will replace hard work and a good diet.
