now discuss the effects of smoking;

im quite sure there are few, if any long term benefits of smoking.

but exactly how harmful is smoking in the short/long term? im talking about in moderation, such as social smoking. not a habit or an addiction

Let's see, bad breath, you stink, yellow teeth, car stinks, house stinks just new name a few.

Long term - emphysema and lung cancer...oh yeah, elevated blood pressure.

I finally kicked the habit about eight months ago after almost smoking for twenty years. I really fvcked myself. I started when I was thirteen and thought it was cool. There are two things in life I regret and one of them is smoking.

DON'T START!!! Not even the one here and one there... It leads to a pack or two a day. It's fvcking stupid for anyone to start smoking. Absolutley no reason for anyone on this planet to smoke!

it gets very expensive, at least in the US, and the next time your localities face a budget crunch, they'll probably raise "sin taxes" again.

nicotine is strongly habit forming. as is the oral fixation. many social smokers are addicts in denial.

do you find women who smoke attractive?

but they're usually stunning already even without the smoking.
