I don't agree with part f, I don't know any powerlifters gave BBing a whirl, cut up for a show and won it as he claims. There may be a few BBers who did some powerlifting in their time but mostly BBing when taking it serious as a pro. The article still doesn't say anything new, it still says we need to get stronger and eat above maintenance. Infact, he's agreeing with me, by saying strength gains are important and not absolute strength, along with appropriate rep ranges for goals. Case closed.
