“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I'm consciously realizing im AFCing with my GF. We're both still infatuated with one another and everything is still going great. However, I can tell I'm beginning to catch incredibly deep feels and honestly the magnitude of them is starting to scare me. I love this chick. A lot. And the thought of losing her scares me, even though everything is going fine right now.

Please, someone, tell me what I need to hear. I'm better than this.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Start spending more time on YOU aka gym, with your friends.

Pick up some hobbies like soccer or football.

The trick is to develop a life that does not completely involve her to remind yourself that you do NOT need her.

Get some phone numbers while your at it, you don't have to actually call but it will help boost your confidence up.

It's normal to start spinning in a relationship. There is nothing wrong with falling hard for someone. Just be smart about it.

The health of an individual has various aspects.
There is:

emotional health
Financial health
mental health
medical health
physical health
social health
and a few others!

Mental health is the most important because it really effects the rest most powerfully, whereas if you are physically ill for example you can still have peace of mind.

When one relationship dominates the other areas of our life then the other areas may suffer. They are interconnected.

See your life in different areas. In different domains. The fear of losing her could affect your mental health, it may affect your physical and emotional health but look at other ways to balance things out.

This improves general well-being.
