"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I had to go to Target to buy some ear buds tonight and as I was walking toward the entrance I noticed my pace was hurried, I was staring straight ahead, and thinking only of making my purchase and leaving. My inner voice told me to "slow down" and my next thought was "let the world come to you." As I walked through the door, I paid close attention to each foot step and my breath while observing the world around me. I was walking at a very slow pace and my chin seemed to naturally raise up and a slight smile formed on my face. In the electronics section, I was reading the specs of various earbuds when a woman who looked like a young Sharon Stone (but with freckles) literally walked right up next to me and stood shoulder to shoulder looking at ear buds with me. We made small talk about various items and then I left. I did not have my phone or pen but I'm pretty sure I could have gotten a number. I think I just realized the importance of slowing down and how it allows us to better acknowledge the many different opportunities we are constantly presented with, but may overlook due to a hurried mind or agenda.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I do that too. Slow down and walk deliberately and with purpose.

Yep walk like you own the place and people will treat you as such. You will get more respect from guys too. I get women smiling at me and guys knoding at me everywhere I go too many to count sometimes. how many did I get years ago when I walked and acted like a beta dog in a hurry? zip..

Wish I could do that in Chicago, walking with too much confidence in the wrong neighborhood or bar will get some low life gang bangers to question where you're from. Downtown Chicago and the nicer neighborhoods this can be pulled off. If you ooze self confidence around a bunch of insecure betas in a group better believe trouble is coming your way

What does a yellow light mean?

Still one of the best sitcom moments of all time.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Seconded. It's a good state of mind and easy to practice. Subconsciously, you are giving yourself permission to be confident.

Other tips like walking slowly are good but actually difficult to do if you're not feeling it.

I often have a hard time calming down. I constantly just want to sleep, rest, relax and do nothing, but I can't get myself to do it. I just keep going and going and going until I crash at the limits of what I can do.

I never seem erratic or stressed to others, but what doesn't show on the outside gets unleashed on the inside. I may appear perfectly calm, but I'm going absolutely crazy in my mind.

It has gotten better though. Gotta get away from this forum now, it stresses me to be on here.

I will try this, my mind is constantly racing and worrying and it has affected my personality and caused useless worry and overthinking. Need to start meditating
