I noticed on monday (or wednesday...one of those ones that end in "day") that I felt a bit woozy/nauseous at the gym. It was very minor, nothing near puking or anything. I had just taken a week off and I was starting week 9 or 10 or so. I was drinking water, etc though during my week off my diet had kind of croaked. It didn't last very long and I went back yesterday for chest/tris day and I didn't get it at all. I'm not really worried about it since it was just once and so on, just wondering what it was and if I should be worried about it.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

were you doing legs???

You can get that really easy doing legs, and even push yourself to puking. (Puking isn't good, robs your body of nutrition.)

If so, nothing to worry about... make sure you have energy in your body before you attempt legs.. they'll give you a big headache and dizzyness otherwise.

Yup, a good back workout can do that too. I actually just puked my brains out doing heavy Olympic lifts followed by deads.

For deads, if I'm going near my one rep max on back day, I'll take 95% of my 1 rep max and wont settle for anything less than four reps. That usually has me close to throwing. As do serious leg days.

For me, legs and back make me feel sick, usually back the most for some reason. Any idea what actually causes the sickness? [dont say lifting heavy-ass weights ;)]

I've heard that it's because you're using so many muscles at one time, but I personally think that it's because you're straining like hell and your head is moving (Squats, deads, lunges)
