Sleep problem-Please read.

right,this is startiong to mess me up a bit

i wake up at 6:am for a run-by time 10-11pm comes at night i just can not sleep until early hours of the morning-today i didt even get up for run,cant rember alarm clock going off

any suggestions on how i can sort this out?

im on no medication
dont use coffie etc-i dont understand this
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I find at nights when I stay up on the computer, or playing video games or such, that it takes me longer to fall asleep. When I have a breif phone call, read something, or take a shower before I go to bed, I have less trouble sleeping.
