"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Hi all

I did a couple of jumps out of a plane, I liked it but it's not like I'm waiting till the weekend to be able to jump again, I didn't think it was that special...

I also for the first time in my life just entered a gym and took a membership for a year.

But I want to know what will have the most effect for me personally, but also towards girls. What will have the most effect, telling them I skydive or just the look of me being fitter.

Of course both will be helpful, but I'm asking this, because I want to do both, but finances is basically holding me back to go for the skydiving, but I will go for it, if it helps.

Thanks

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

The skydiving may rev the girls interest, especially if you could make a good story out of it, and the fitness will amplify your overall appeal. More than the two of those is what radiates from inside you. If fitness improved your looks but you radiate a **** vibe...well, you get it.

There it is...if doing these things makes you happy, vs just doing it to impress broads, it will show. In fact, it will show either way...do the things you LOVE to do...women find *that* attractive...

fitness should just be a part of your routine day to day life

skydiving is a hobby you can do once in a while

fitness is one of the most important things in life, im not talking about looking like a bodybuilder, im talking about keeping your body strong and healthy so that you can enjoy a high quality of life for the longest amount of time possible, i have seen people at my work who make six figures being pulled out of their cubicles by firefighters because they were in such poor shape they were about to die just sitting there, your health is your most important asset, you could have all the money in the world but your life could be absolute agony if you are in poor health

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

^^^ THIS MAN.... LISTEN TO HIM

and as said it will show if you are doing it to impress the birds. If you like skydiving keep it as a hobby. Fitness should be a way of life for everyone, there are too many people living sedentary lifestyles and hey don't realise that half the medical issues they are having is from not being healthy exercising and eating properly. you have to do things for YOU not for anyone else... sure going to the gym and getting shredded or buff as will help get the girls but you realise that not only is your physical wellbeing better and more appealing but also your mental wellbeing and aura being emitted because of going to the gym having goals, being fit, the confidence boost from a great body, the mental alertness from eating right, the energy you will give off is HUGE and that is what will appeal to a lot of girls not just the muscles.... plus the more reps you get in the gym, the more you get in the bedroom ;)
