i am what you call a skinny fat guy. i got skinny chicken arms, skinny neck, no chest but i still have a spare tire of belly fat i'm trying to get rid of (i do 60 min of cardio every day). i'm 26, i weigh 141 lbs and i'm 5'8". i lost about 40 lbs so far and i feel i made lots of progress but i'm tired of having chicken arms ... i want to add muscle while shedding the fat from my waist. what kind of plan do you guys recommend. should i keep jogging 60 min a day in addition to lifting some weights? i eat pretty healthy but maybe not enough to start bulking up. (usually oatmeal for breakfast, fruit for snacks and some steak or chicken for supper. i drink only water and maybe 2 cups of coffee a day).
