You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Do you mind me asking how old you are?John_Galt said:Nah, I prefer you goto hell, than die. I'm sure your 148lb body would burn fast. You know since there's absolutely no muscle to burn.
Very true. The idea of training is to train as frequently as possible, as far as your recovery allows. Therefore, if you can get away with squatting 3x a week, you should fvcking well do it. Equally, if you're a genetic freak whose body recovers well enough to train 5 days a week, there's no reason you should do it.6-heads lewis said:how do you want me to prove that 2/week is better than 1? Ive had much better results on 5x5 than a typical push/pull split. what the hell does that prove? stop being dumb.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Blinkwatt cares. He's the one that gets very insecure when I point it out. His advice is crap, and it can very well be demonstrated by his experience it's bad. If he wants to be cut, he needs to learn to shut the hell up about lifting weights. Getting cut is a diet tactic and lifting weights is pretty much irrelevant. Let him stick to giving diet advice, but even the diet advice I've seen him give was complete vague, easily regurgitated crap, like "eat lots of protein" <<< Very stellar advice. lol.Who cares? Blinkwatt is a tad small for 5'8, but so what?
He cares. Isn't that obvious? If he wasn't so insecure and DEEP DOWN ASHAMED of his size he wouldn't get upset when I point it out.He obviously doesn't care,
I dislocated my knee the other day playing softball. Will deadlifting make the swelling go down?John_Galt said:If there is every a problem in your life, 99% of the time it can be fixed with deadlifts.
Negative questions confuse meblinkwatt said:Show me proof that hitting the ANY muscle extremely hard once a week isn't better then hitting it hard twice a week?
Yes.I dislocated my knee the other day playing softball. Will deadlifting make the swelling go down?
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Of course K7 is correct....but, you can do all the DL's in the book for years but if your head isn't screwed on right, you'll never be happy with your arms.Kev07 said:TO THE OP:
disregard any other advice in this thread, the deadlift is all you need to make your man arms, and of course proper nutrition
Maybe I'll try that. I used to hate rock climbing (heights mainly), but I tried it once a year ago on a small wall and it was fun.Visions007 said:If your biggest concern is your lower portion of your arm just go rock climbing a lot. This also strengthens all the muscles in your hands and wrists which is what I think you were asking about?
Actually rock climbing works your entire body and is some of the best excersise I have ever gotten. I have never been in better shape than when I'm in heavy climbing phases.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

How can I get them wider? I don't want to put on fat though.
I eat a lot, more than some of my bigger friends, and still I'm skinny. I tend to eat healthier than them too. They'll eat Mcdonalds sometimes, and other stuff like that. Where I give in is snacks. I often get a snack towards the end of school, usually candy or microwaveable food. What something healthy I can buy at walgreens, that would be good for a cheap snack afterschool?
