I havent had any major breakouts but there are a few red spots on my cheek...how do I get rid of them?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Paranoid,

If I were you I would get them checked by a dermatologist, as they may be something other than acne. There are all kinds of things that look similar to acne, like roscasia, hives, etc that would need different medicine.

Dermatologist will do 50 time more for your skin than over the counter bull shyt will every do! Just make sure you get a good one.

Well..I dont think its acne.
Also, these spots arent spots per se...more of pimple marks which havent gone off completely.I think the term acne scars sums it up.

Well if you are 100% sure they are acne scars, then you can get over the counter acne scar treatments like malderma. I am not sure as to their effectiveness, but you might do a search on this board or on the web for reviews. I believe though if you see a dermatologist they have some very effective, albiet painful ways of getting rid of it like Laser treatments, peels, etc.
