“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I heard that long duration cardio like uphill walking at 3.5 for 45 can lower or not help the increase of testosterone. Is this true?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

My casual understanding is that regular prolonged cardio sessions are not good for testosterone levels. A few 30 minute, moderate-intensity sessions a week arent going to turn you into a girl, though.

I've heard a lot of bodybuilders will do 35-45 minutes of low intensity cardio 5 or more times a week during cutting phases. Of course these guys have great cutting diets and are typically chemically enhanced. However I'd heard that moderate amounts of low intensity cardio is quite lipolytic and also spares muscle, when done in moderation and in combination with a strong diet.

I'll see what they have me do when I'm cutting.

That is good to know, since I have continued with it since I started lifting. Although I have a long way to go.

Now I do no more than 30 - 45 minutes per session.

Depending on timing of my meals, I normally try to have a some whey protein before/after I do cardio workout, just to make sure any muscle breakdown is minimised.

I just cycled 500km in 4 days, with bags, in low gear. Is my testosterone gone now?

Tried HIIT.. It's much less boring than just walking uphill, and HIIT burpees got me sweating from just the 4 minutes tabata.
I used to do routine 1 hour cardio. Testosterone was fine.
