"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Make it a rule too yourself, that you will not become emotionally attached with a woman / or have strong feelings for her... unless you are in a solid relationship with them.

There is No reason for you too get hung up over a girl who youve been out with on a few dates / been chatting too for "months" / or a girl who considers you as a friend only (all she is, is a potential opportunity too you, not the ONE and only one for you... I mean how the **** would you know? you haven't even started a full relationship with her! ) ... All it will do is destroy your chances with her and Control your life emotionally for months and make you feel like Sh*t, when you should be out having fun and taking control of your life. :)

The "Chase" should be Fun not an emotional strain on your life! and you should be in full control of the situation (emotions don't / shouldn't come intill you are in a relationship)... If you feel your thinking bout her too much and she starts too have the control it's time too go out there and do as many aproaches as you can,.. you'll soon forget bout her.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

grrr, it's so hard sometimes...one girl i'm talking to is soooo sweet & visually stunning, absolutely stunning but i gotta stay detached. good post man.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Lol, I would say this is bible material.

It's such a short advise but so precise and helpful.

lol. If only you had written this tip a few weeks ago. I made all of these mistakes-let my emotions take over and started to obsess about a girl such that I lost control and composure and started to act like a jerk and AFC in alteration.

The most important thing in my opinion is to maintain control and stay cool in THE VERY BEGINNING and keep doing what you´ve been doing before you met her and don´t focus on her. Because once you get sucked in the oneitis-blackhole it´s often too late to re-gain control over your emotional self and things start running on autopilot. That´s what i experienced often. I personally believe that there is a PSR ( point of safe return in military terms ) and once this point is crossed - game over. Powers have switched and you´re toast. Maybe natural DJs have never experienced this before but if you´re a recovering nice guy ( like me ) that´s how things are. Don´t do it. Play by the rules FROM THE BEGINNING. Just my two cents :)

:p Well I did write it over 2 months ago, it's just been brought too the top again.

Coming back too the topic,... I sat here and thought today about all the times i've had oneits for a girl, I must admit before I came on this site i'm been as AFC as it comes.. and I relised I must of spent 3 1/2 years of my life  (23 years) ..being hung up and down bout some random girl, and trying whatever i could too get them.

And I thought what a ****ing waste of my time, and if I think back too how unhappy I was those times, makes me angry that I could of been seeing other girls, having a good time and being happy... wanting someone really bad is the ****tish feeling ever you know.

I know it's impossible too predict these situations and you never see them coming,.. I does help prevent it if your seeing more than 1 girl or have lots on the go cause then you have people too fall back on,.. but i'm sure for lots of people on here they may not have that all the time if any of the time.

If you want too get out of it quick you gotta use Anger think back too all those times before when you have had oneitis for someone , think of all the **** times and how crap it made u feel and how crap you feel now, you shud be pissed of at yourself for letting yourself become too attached too this one girl, think back too the old girls and how you feel bout them now? I bet you don't even hardly ever think bout them and they dont even cross your mind... you should be out Enjoying your life, so get angry with yourself and force yourself out of it. :)

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

just because you say you should not get in to a oneitis does not mean you will not get in to it.

you can tell yourself not to all day but if you like the girl then you will get in to a oneitis if you keep seeing her and thinking about her.

thankyou checkmate, ur absolutly correct

Alex thats the mentality I had with this one chic, but one-itis still ended up happeneing. One-itis isnt somthing u choose to have. It happens naturally with or without that mentality. It may help a bit though, but not in my case. Oh well : /

You know what. It is so easy to get oneitis. I got it after a 3 year relationship broke up.

It is the hope that is within all of us that can prompt us to get oneitis so soon.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Anger is not the way to succeed. One cannot see ahead into the future as far if they lack self-control.

People on here seem to have forgotten that one-itis has nothing to do with an actual relationship. One-itis is a one-way street, and only exists when the couple don't share an exclusive relationship together.
