So I just started seeing a girl, going really well so far. We're not committed or have official labels as boyfriend girlfriend, so my question is, is it still ok to accept bootycalls and F*** other girls even though Im seeing this girl?

YES YOU CAN!!! You guys are not exclusive, you can do whatever you want. Matter of fact, the more she sees you with other girls, the more she will want to fight for your attention!!. Think about it, if you saw other guys talking to her, would you not feel compel to try to get her attention?. Here is a secret: the more she tries to GET your attention the more ATTRACTION she will feels toward you. I think you're asking the wrong people, lol. You should ask the girl if SHE's okay with it.
Pick Up is a very objective skillset, it's designed to get the girl and that is all, it doesn't really factor in ethics or relationship management.
I personally think you should let the girl know, it's the ethical thing to do. I believe in karma personally, what goes around comes around.
