Similarities and Differences between Cold Approach on College Campus vs the Real World?

So I mainly do my cold approaches in bars. But I see so many pretty girls around campus, and I’m thinking that I should take advantage of these opportunities! However, they’re not in my social circle. Is it socially acceptable to just Cold Approach them in places like the Cafeteria or Plaza(and then get their number or Snapchat), and how would you do it? What are the similarities and differences on a College Campus vs the real world?
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
