I thought i might want to let you know that, if you keep your reps 6 or less, you are working for strenght. And if you do 7 or more, you will be working for hypertrophy. In your wokrout, it looks like you average less than 6 reps. Maybe if you increase the rep, you'd get better result.Originally posted by silverwex
4 Sets for most excercises: Set 1: 6-8 Reps (before failure), Set 2: 4 - 6, Set 3: 2 - 4, Set 4: 1 - 2. Then for some workouts there are supersets and/or burnouts.
