what are some signs that show that you have a crappy girlfriend..not a gf that would cheat, just a crappy one?

The one that acts all crazy about you in the beginning and wants you around all the time but once you start to like her she loses interest and casts you aside like last weeks laundry.... that's the one I always get.

I agree.. just broke up with one of those yesterday.

A good girl will challenge you. She'll want you to better yourself and she'll push you to. A good girl cares about you and isn't inconsistent with her feelings.

Signs of a crappy girlfriend:

Low Self Esteem - If she has no self-esteem, then how can you trust her? She'll do most likely anything to get that esteem up.

Untrustworthy - If the girl lies to you once, maybe it was unintentional. If she lies twice, she is a liar and cannot be trusted. Every time you forgive her for her lies, she knows she can just do it again without consequence.

That's all I can think of. I just got out of a 1 year relationship, and those are the traits that made me decide to get rid of my GF before she did something bad to me.

Addicted to harmful substances, habits, or people: If she does not love herself, how can you expect her to love you?

Lazy: How does she expect to live? Comfortably, since you'll be the one bringing the money in the house and make sure that the bills are paid and the house gets cleans. Can you accept it?

Big spender: Unless she's born filthy rich AND she's the beneficiary of a generous trust fund, if she does not work -therefore she doesn't know how money is earned- and on the other hand she knows how to spend ALL YOUR MONEY, you'll be soon spiraling down the dark cliff of DEBTS. If you aren't rich yourself, can you afford her?

Doesn't like your friends: Are you ready to choose her over your lifelong friends?

Self-centered: When she doesn't understand why you need to work so many hours or study to get that degree or that you're too tired to go out after a day of hard work. Favorite line of these girls: "You're an egoist" or "We never do what I like"

Possessive + jealous: When she starts an argument because you allegedly looked at a nice set of legs owned by another woman.

Hah, my brother had an ex-girlfriend with borderline personality disorder. She fit all of these down to a tee.
