Shoulders - is there any exercise I can do at home?

Hi.
Yes I have large shoulders, but I just don't know how I got them.
And I want to get them a little larger.

Is there any exercise I can do at home everyday that enlarges my shoulders?

Shoulder press and lateral raises. Don't do them every day though. Work them once a week like any other large muscle group. Also like any other body part, putting stress on the entire body with squats, deads, and bench pressing, in combination with enough of the right kind of calories and 8 hours of rest per night will make your shoulders grow.

Boxing with a heavy bag can also build your shoulders to a point.

Yeah. I usewd to kick box but I quit.
Anyway, english is not my primary language so I ask you to explain me what's shoulder press and lateral raises and explin my how to do the please.

It's hard to explain in words. A shoulder press is like a bench press, but you're sitting up virtically against a backrest. Lateral raises use dumbells standing up, and you move them from your sides to make your arms parallel to the ground.

Shoulder presses and Arnolds with dumbells are easy enough to do at home.
